Elation Lighting, a leader in the stage lighting industry, was preparing to showcase at LDI, the biggest tradeshow in their sector. With plans to demo two new products, Elation Lighting recognized the need for a strong, comprehensive event marketing strategy to ensure a successful launch and maximize their presence at the event. Facing intense competition and aiming to stand out in a crowded marketplace, Elation partnered with Zen Media to develop an innovative approach that would elevate their brand visibility. Our team collaborated closely with Elation Lighting to develop a multi-faceted campaign targeting their key industry professionals and decision-makers. We created a comprehensive strategy spanning social media, PR, creative content, on-site activations, paid advertising, and email marketing to build buzz, drive engagement, and position Elation Lighting as an industry innovator.
We implemented a targeted social media strategy that successfully captured the attention of key industry influencers, one of which began organically engaging with the brand. Our PR team secured extensive media coverage through strategic pitching and press releases, positioning Elation at the forefront of the event.
The design team created compelling visual content, including an educational infographic showcasing the evolution of lighting technology. We conceptualized and produced VIP badges with QR codes linking and driving traffic to Elation’s landing page, which were distributed at the LDI booth and depleted within hours.
Leveraging Elation’s high-quality product videos, we launched four new paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta providing exclusive first looks at new products and driving traffic to landing pages. Our email marketing efforts included personalized, segmented communications to dealers and designers with partner amplification, teasing the new products and sharing booth information, as well as inviting recipients to attend a live product demonstration.
