Pilot, a Northern California fintech company that provides bookkeeping, CFO, and tax services for startups and small businesses, aimed to expand its reach and enter a brand new market in Nashville, TN. To achieve this goal, Pilot partnered with Zen Media to create an engaging event series that would both attract and serve their target audience while generating new leads. With an ambitious timeline of just six weeks from concept to execution, Zen Media embraced the challenge of rapidly developing and implementing a comprehensive market entry strategy for Pilot.
We implemented a comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign to promote the event. This included designing a branded landing page as the central information hub, developing and running targeted paid ads to reach Pilot’s ideal demographic, and executing an influencer-focused social media campaign to amplify reach.
We extended our impact by leveraging locally known, successful business owners who could authentically connect with the Nashville market. Our outreach continued with a strategic outbound email marketing campaign targeting potential attendees, complemented by an innovative direct mail campaign and organized giveaways to drive not only interest and registrations but to ensure attendees stayed for the entire event.
By surpassing the goal of 100 RSVPs and generating over 100 new leads in Pilot’s target audience, our team demonstrated the effectiveness of our strategic event planning and marketing efforts.
