Job Description:

A Project Manager at Zen Media will act as the engine which drives our client projects to completion; no two days as a Project Manager will be the same! This role is responsible for working closely with Client Relations Specialists (Account Executives) and Subject Matter Experts in order that all client deliverables are of superior quality and are fulfilled promptly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Executives to disseminate information and instructions to various teams of subject matter experts
  • Create new tasks in our project management software (ClickUp), track deadlines, and hold the team accountable for meeting project benchmarks
  • Ensure projects are moving from department to department smoothly, updating project assignees, status, and due dates
  • Follow up with Account Executives regarding upcoming deliverables, new client and internal needs, campaign progress, and open requests
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on client touchpoints and update emails including pre & post touchpoint call action items
  • Organize client provided resources in our project management software and on Google Drive
  • Set up the proper channels and assist with information dissemination during new client onboarding

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or 2+ years relevant experience)
  • PMI or related certification preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Experience juggling multiple responsibilities across a range of subject matter
  • Strong drive for executing projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to assure the quality of all deliverables
  • Self-motivated, optimistic, detail-oriented, and collaborative
  • Capacity to move at lightning speed while maintaining high-quality work
  • Outstanding written communication skills
